Last month I was delighted to celebrate my son-in-law John’s birthday (not to mention his marriage to our beautiful daughter, Lib!). We had a great summer dinner. The food was good, the company even better!
- Mini French white bread with Fuzzy Wheel Cheese, Twig Farm, W. Cornwall, VT, and peach jalapeno jam.
- Salad of pea tendrils, spring onions, red pepper, French cucumber, grape tomatoes, and black olives with Blush wine vinaigrette
- Main course: baby summer squash, roasted truffle fingerlings, and broiled rib eye
- Dessert: shortbread cookies and assorted macaroons and caramel gelato sundaes
