Couldn’t decide what to make for dinner, so I gave in to the sweet tooth (or teeth…hmmm) and took an untraditional route: Mashed sweet potatoes with bourbon-infused maple syrup, topped with marshmallows, and apple crisp with locally grown apples.
An untraditional dinner!
